Clarksville, Feather River, and Lake View Charter Schools each operate as independent public charter schools in California, guided by their own boards and authorized by separate school districts. While maintaining autonomy in how they serve students, they share a strong commitment to excellence in academics, financial management, governance, and creating a positive, enriching school culture.

Sequoia Grove Charter Alliance

The Sequoia Grove Charter Alliance (SGCA) is the Charter Service Organization (CSO) created by the three member schools, for the member schools. A 501(c)(3) nonprofit governed by representatives from each member school’s board, SGCA is service-driven rather than managerial.

SGCA provides shared services so the three schools can save time and money and focus more on students. These services include:

• Technology support

• Library systems

• Purchasing

• Employee benefits

Working together in this way helps each school stay strong, effective, and connected—while still staying independent.
